Estimate:

TB Construction will prepare a work estimate proposal at your request. During an on-site inspection and consultation, the company will provide a written estimate for the work to be done and discuss any details applicable to your situation.

Our written estimates have a 30-day, no charge, validation and price will remain in effect for that period. The estimate will specify the total cost of work to be performed and is accompanied by an "Agreement" document which, when signed by both parties and accompanied by a nominal deposit, will ensure the work will be scheduled at the earliest, mutually-agreed upon date.

The remaining portion of the payment is due upon completion of the work. Any additional work done by TB Construction at the clients request, will be billed on a time and material basis mutually-agreed by the parties.
